And after 40 minutes of back-and-forth with your terrible tech-support, I am in the same exact position. No actual person to help me just people saying go fix it yourself on the app.
@Verizon@VerizonSupport I have been a Verizon One Talk customer for nearly 10 years. For the last year, I’ve been trying to get tech support for my biz system and have not been able to reach any person in your organization who can actually help me. Absolutely ridiculous! HELP
