@deptoflabour I regret using your unfilling system your employees ignores emails and call centre staff will give you different reasons for the same case it's a month a full month of not having been paid my bills are pilling up .My Rent is due there's the kids ect

Now I have to wait for my application to be send for assessment again and wait probably another month meaning .Already a month has gone by without me having been paid and I have no other income .Some assistance on this matter will be greatly appreciated @deptoflabour

Then I got an email requesting that I complete the declaration and UI 19 I struggled to upload I called and emailed and was ignored I eventually got an email adress where I can send the the documents which i did I called to follow up and was told they received it @deptoflabour

I called the call centre they advised that I should not have received that message regarding the continuation of payment as my Claim status was still STA and I now have to wait a further ten days so my claim was being delayed due to your system issues @deptoflabour

So on the 25th of May I applied for my Maternity Benefit all went well then on the 8th I received a message saying I must do a continuation of Benefits I did that then my status changed to send to Paymaster laster that evening .My status said cancelled by Paymaster @deptoflabour

I'm may I please get some kind of assistance regarding my maternity claim .I have send all that's needed to be send .Since I applied on the 25th of May still no payment my rent is due and still nothing from you guys @deptoflabour or must I know be homeless

Must be nice working at DOL you get to ignore people's emails who need your help to claim their monies and feed their children .I have been emailing with no reply from anyone and you don't get much from the call centre @deptoflabour

They be preaching that they wanna end GBV yet when you lay a charge they don't even take it seriously they tell you to wait for Monday and go report it like seriously......

When will DOL pull up their socks .I know of so many mothers who applied months ago for their maternity benefit and they still didn't get help must their babies starve ?These people don't respond to email or one person says this and the other that.

@UIFBenefits I applied for my maternity benefit online and everytime was fine untill you guys send me an sms which According to your agents was an error so now must I be penalized cause of your mistakes that's kak!

I'm tired of living in fear as a female in this country !We fear for not only our safety but we also fear for the safety of our kids !We now have to teach our kids to watch their backs and not trust anyone not even family .This is so unfair on them they are just kids .
