Had a not so pleasant experience at @27shawspa Timog few days ago. I arrived 6 PM, then got accomodated for the 6:30 schedule. By 6:25, I was already at the massage cubicle. 6:50 na, pero walang dumating na thera sa I decided to go back down sa reception.

Went back to the locker area and an attendant was was looking for me, asking me to sign something as the massage ended earlier than it should, which I refused to sign due to my disappointment. Before I left, I raised these to the front desk, and as usual, they were apologetic.
