@CheshireEast
Needs watching like a hawk on this one. Suspicions aroused that a renegotiation of terms is being sought. Entire playing field under threat again

Resident accused a landowner and #CheshireEast planners of trying to get away with ‘planning process murder’ after an 11th-hour change was made to a housing application #Knutsford#LDReporter

@10DowningStreet@darrenpjones@Keir_Starmer you have been badly advised on this. Spend money on enforcing against illegal working. That will get results quicker and cheaper and none of the downsides and failed project milestones that comes with Gov IT projects. @EstherMcVey1 tell me you are on to this
@KnutsfordNews@cheshireeast needs to focus on better presentation of options, business cases and outcomes. Councillors need to challenge and provide proper scrutiny. The Leisure Centres and Libraries consultation revealed these deficiencies. Get a grip on the adult and children services
@bt_uk Finally after 9 days and tens of hours I got through to someone who was prepared to listen help. Turns out Im not alone
How do you successful make a complaint to BT?
Customer service have closed complaints without my consent and indeed without solving the problem
@bt_uk I want to complain to you about your treatment of my Aunt a priority customer who has been cut off in error by you. Calling 03301234150 and being told to open a new account is Not excellent service. You have massive computer problems
@bt_uk Tried it all as per your complaints process.
via My BT online and app
" We were unable to reopen the complaint due yo a system error. If the problem persists please contact us."
Via 150
No suitable option on phone menu
Email
No response acknowledgement.
Customer no service
@bt_uk I want to reraise complaints as per your process. But you will not let me.
150 does not have a that option. Previously you closed my complaint the same day without my consent hence escalation.
My BT on issue still exists says
"WE were unable to reopen ...system error"
@bt_uk Sorry @bt_uk things have got worse. You sent me a msg same day saying the complaint I raised on the phone is closed when it absolutely isnt. I have raised a complaint in line with my original one via email. The ball is in my court it should be in yours. I cant buy a connection
@BTGroup Allison
You need to know that your customer service no 0330 1234 150 is not fit for purpose. You need to understand thst when you get it wrong you blame the customer who has had a horrible time getting you to pick up. Telling us we are in a queue for 20/30/40 mins.
Ok #U@MartinSLewis@ageuk@CitizensAdvice just to let you know that @bt_uk are experiencing "back end issues" with their computers and this may have led to my relative being cut off in error but say thats my problem not theirs! Dont bother with 03301234150 MOVE ON
