San Francisco 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan suffered significant injuries in a car accident during his summer break in mid July that now will leave him limited as the team opens training camp.

Shanahan broke his nose, three ribs, his hand, needed over 40 stiches in his face and suffered a severe concussion during a July 14 car accident when he collided with an SUV near his northern California home, per me and @nwagoner.

Prospect Red Flags:

- Fails to meet most important historical thresholds

There's no easy way to say this. From an analytical perspective, Stribling is one of the worst wide receiver prospects taken in rounds 1 or 2 in the last decade+.

Among 80 WR prospects drafted in rounds 1 or 2 since 2019, Stribling ranks:
- 78th in Yards Per Route Run
- 78th in YPRR vs Zone
- 75th in YPRR vs Man
- 75th in 1st Down Per Route Run
- 73rd in TD per Route Run
- 67th in Target Rate

It's hard to look at Stribling's analytical profile and find any justification to take him with a Top-100 pick, let alone being drafted 33rd overall. To make everything worse, Stribling will turn 24 years old as a rookie.
