@SandyofCthulhu 35 years ago I gave a player a sentient two-handed sword. It was lawful good, detected magic, named Justin, and had a battle cry: “It’s the long arm of the law!” If the player didn’t give the battle cry with enough enthusiasm, I did it for him. The players *hated* that sword.
