Alabama Gov, Kay Ivey has signed a 10-cent-a-gallon gas tax increase into law. Ivey proposed the increase to fund road and bridge construction. The Alabama Senate on Tuesday approved the bill by a 28-6 vote and the House passed it last week by an 83-20 vote. #infrastructure
