This is for all the marbles! Come watch the Final GENEius Challenge Round at 9:45 AM in West Exhibit Hall B. Over 4 days at #ACMGMtg25 the field of 9 geneticists & genetic counselor trainees has been whittled down to 3 contestants. Now it’s time for the championship match!
I’m #joinACMG — my favorite meeting of the year! I went to my first meeting in 2012, and now am on the Program Committee. It’s the best meeting for networking in genetics and staying on top of cutting edge genomics! (These are my people!) #iamamedicalgeneticist 🧬

@doublehelixTAT@MeghanBartos Thanks so much! @MeghanBartos definitely was the driver of this work and it was a pleasure to get to do this with her and learn more about this family’s journey because of the connection she built with them!
Members of the @UABGenetics team went to Selma for an educational retreat to learn about the health disparities patients face in rural parts of Alabama. Various topics were discussed in an effort to educate primary providers and build a relationship with rural providers.
Big thanks to the amazing @united flight crew of 5815 from Denver to BHM tonight. I lost an AirPod deep inside my seat and co-pilot Chase Shipman used a pen to fish it out! 🤩✈️🙏
They got us home safely AND went above and beyond!
