Officials claim the money was spent going back to the state to help with the riots, and to make YouTube videos, one video that got 181 views... They are robbing you blind CA.

Gavin Newsom caught lying again, claiming FEMA was supposed to pay it back and is the reason they didn't give all the money out, but no language in the bill exists.

Newsom even said that, "there was no strings attached" to the money for the fire victims.
