Whistleblowers in the NHS and at gender clinics have been trying to raise the alarm for a decade. There is no excuse for continuing to pretend that extremely vulnerable children haven't been irreparably harmed.
Scottish taxpayers, against the vast majority’s will, funded an attempt by the government to keep men in women’s prisons. Never have I been so tempted to move to Monaco and give all the money I’ve been paying in tax to groups fighting the rank misogyny of Swinney’s government.
😂 Oh, the sweet, sweet smell of progressive hypocrisy in the morning.
The Oxford branch of "Stand Up to Racism" has just launched a petition... opposing the government's plan to house 1,250 asylum seekers on a former MoD site in Bicester.
Their devastating reasons?
"Lack of infrastructure."
"Massive strain on local facilities."
"The town might become a far-right target."
"And the facilities aren't good enough for the poor migrants."
Not in my backyard, bigots! This one’s got rainbow flags on the porch and a "Refugees Welcome" gnome in the garden... until the delivery van actually shows up.
You know, the same "infrastructure" and "facilities" arguments the rest of us have been screaming about for the entire country for years.
But apparently when it’s your charming little market town instead of some working-class area that’s already been culturally enriched to death, suddenly it’s a crisis.
Stand Up to Racism, everybody. Just not in their town.
Classic.
Says the woman that said men can be women if they say so, yet the law, which any government is supposed to govern inside of says differently. I only see one person in that debate using misinformation. I also see if you can’t debate you leave!
The sex of 73 MSPs is now officially categorised as ‘undisclosed’ by the Scottish Parliament after they either refused to respond to a diversity survey or, in the case of 6 of them, didn’t want the information published.

The SNP is prioritising changing the law so more people with “limited leave to remain” can stand for election.
After 19 years in government, that’s where ministers have chosen to spend parliamentary time.
Not tackling NHS waiting lists. Not raising school standards. Not fixing Scotland’s broken justice system.
That tells you everything about the SNP’s priorities.
