@dammiedammie35 If he also covered class 12 (vehicles), it could block manufacturing/selling under that name, but prior use by Blord would likely give him defenses in court. VDM's arrest threats are dramatic overreach, not automatic law.
@dammiedammie35 Simply buying a Blord-branded vehicle and using it for your own transport business (without branding your service as "Blord") doesn't infringe—you're not using the mark in relation to services you offer.
@dammiedammie35 Trademark law in Nigeria (and generally) is class-specific. VDM registered "Blord" in class 39 (transport services), so it protects against others naming their transport/logistics company "Blord" or similar.
