3rd day still no solution w/ @Visible@visiblecare. told me they would solve the issue with my SIM and then 9h later said "oh, actually we can't." 2nd day no service, & all they've offered is $10.

And @Visible keeps just repeating the same response, basically telling me to accept their problem. What's the point of customer service if they can't resolve the issue?

@visiblecare Horrible service. I am a current customer trying to bring on a new customer. They have an unlocked phone from Europe and the website won't let them order a physical SIM. That makes 0 sense. And customer service is not helping *at all*
