To deal with corruption, change policies systems and structures.Firing people wont change anything. The new ones will eventually be corrupted. Set minimum wage, access to money thru employment or welfare. Introduce and show regular Ugandans access to middle income status.

@dtb_uganda Today I visited your branch at the ministry of lands and was disappointed with the way the female security guard there treated me. She couldn't allow me to consult one of the officers at the bank and made other false accusations against me. Very disappointing.
