Just like when you bitch and trades, free agents or draft picks...
And don't bring up, Za'Darius, Manu, Davenport or trading assets or the OL, blah blah blah...save it. There's an argument for EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE....but the Lions have done far more good than bad with this regime.

“He’s shown the ability with a bad franchise & a bad team & a QB that people mock — that he’s able to produce a Top 10 run game. So what would he be able to do here with upgrades all across the board? I’d like to think there’s a window into it working … I’ll add some things to the Petzing resume, and again I’m not giving this some A+, but I always find it laughable that people want to pan something — people didn’t even know this guy existed 10 minutes ago. Take a breather. Either listen to the words I’m saying or do the research yourself … How about the fact that the guy worked with Kevin Stefanski? How about the fact that he was Baker Mayfield’s QB Coach? How about the fact that he knows Hank Fraley? He was a former TE Coach. Wants to use multiple TEs. Wants to run the football. James Connor dies. The OL blows. Marvin Harrison was Herman Moore the early years with footballs bouncing off his head. The best receiver is Michael Wilson & Trey McBride. And they play the Rams twice. They play the 49ers twice. They play the Seahawks twice. Guys — What do you want me to say? That’s a gap year. He pulled the Doug Karsch study abroad routine & took a year off. I mean, come on. Two & three years ago they had a Top 10 rushing attack. But it still comes back to Kyler Murray. Goff is a clear upgrade & Goff fits what this guy wants to do. Is it the perfect hire? No — Who was? Mike McDaniel & what? What name was going to be mentioned today? Are you going to be touching yourself if it was Mike Kafka? Really?”

There's a lot of Lions people telling on themselves right now. Bashing the hire of a guy that they know nothing about nor have they ever turned on the film. They won't even bother to see how it correlates on the field and will ignore that Drew Petzing had Josh Dobbs and Jacoby Brissett running his offense in two of his three seasons in Arizona.
