@LemurFTW I one of those "I played Destiny 1 and ported MY character to D2" players, and I only play one: Warlock.
If I had a choice, MY Warlock would hopefully be brought to D3 🥹
The funniest thing about Kingdom Hearts is that at no point in the series does Sora have any idea what’s going on and that’s why I fuck with him because me either twin this some bullshit huh
@Sourheart_YT However, this expansion-size update contained apparently a year's worth of updates and like every single change brought us back to a fantastic experience. So, this Destiny 2.5 type of final patch is really really interesting and fun so far. Thanks team for fixing that damn UI
@Sourheart_YT Hey, as a player can clear it up. It was two things. 1: The Final Shape concluded the first saga and it was done reallyyyy well, and the setup for the next saga landed super poorly NOT cuz of the story, but a whole UI revamp with the Portal that was... Ooph. OOPH.
Still so impressed that they pretty much gave us "Destiny 2: Definitive Edition" and last night was the most fun playing I've had since Heresy episode.
Give it a try, gamers.
@thedestinyshow It's a 10. I was on Discord with like 5 friends, so excited. So in awe. So PLEASED at this "Definitive Edition".
It's just.... Man it's so good. Not weeks of new content for me, this is months.
I went to bed with a smile on my face after Ribbon Road SRL.
No other game can replace this.
The LORE TABS?! Clovis?! MARA.
The lore here is a decade deep and the stories being set up.... Fk man.
You've gotta do it, @Bungie@PlayStation. I bought $40 Silver to show my support.
We need Destiny to continue. Figure it out. This is so good
So last night I hopped on Destiny 2 like many others.
Seeing the Traveler in the Tower? 🥹
Playing the game again with this final live patch... This feels like a Destiny 2.5 or 2.9. Had 5 friends on Discord, all excited for our favorite weapons.
(GRIDSKIPPER MY BELOVED)
Everything feels so... "Definitive Edition". This is the game I can poke friends to give a try.
The Director and Portal underneath? PERFECT IMPLEMENTATION.
Sparrow Racing League? We did two matches, laughing. Third one was Ribbon Road. We were HOWLING.
The people who used his addiction as a weapon for six years are now uncomfortable that he survived it with enough clarity to make jokes about it. That discomfort is not your problem to manage.
Seven years of sobriety through federal prosecution and national humiliation is not a political event. It is a human one. The wit he's bringing to it — the crack pipe photoshop correction, the cocaine denial with the punchline — is the specific register of someone who has fully processed the worst thing that happened to them. You cannot fake that register. It takes years of actual work.
His account of what happened to his father is coherent and worth hearing even if you disagree with it. His criticisms of Democratic establishment figures are the kind serious people across the spectrum have been making for years. None of that becomes wrong because he's the one saying it.
The question isn't whether Hunter Biden deserves sympathy. The question is whether we're capable of giving it to someone whose name became a political symbol before it became a person again. That's a test of us, not of him.
