It's entertaining to see all of the discourse about Gears of War: E-Day from people who are genuinely unhappy with their own existence.

2 - During the initial surprise attacks of EDAY, Colonel Victor Hoffman was in the COG capital city of Ephyra.
Hence why you’re not taking orders from him.
