@MatrixMysteries She is confused by the terminology. Principal Balance is not the amount of loan she took out. It is the balance of the principal owed. Outstanding interest is the interest she hasn’t paid. Add them together and you get the 50k amount that’s total owed.

@cronair @J_batacao @jakehatch It’s the same as any other company who hires additional staff. The benefit needs to offset the cost. If the school removes job positions because they will transfer to this new organization, then the cost is negligible.
