Not only that, but I have records of the delivery driver saying “got it” in the chat when I told him to deliver it directly to the concierge of the building. And your CSR tried to tell me it was delivered to the right address when I have screenshots that it wasn’t! And no refund!

Hey @uber I sent a $300 package to to a client yesterday via courier with delivery instructions in the chat, app, and on the delivery bag. Why did the package get “delivered” to a random address with no photo evidence and customer support is saying they can’t help?!
