• Father, Mr. Dheeraj Jain, is under judicial detention
• Mother, Ms. Supriya Jain, is alone and vulnerable abroad
• Their 1.5‑year‑old child faces loss of shelter from TOMORROW (31 Dec)

This is not a legal debate.

It is deeply disturbing that Mr. Dheeraj Jain, an Indian citizen, is being held in a police/court cell in Cameroon under unhygienic and inhuman conditions. Your office is aware of this, yet no corrective action has been taken.

Despite repeated requests, no information regarding the case, charges, or legal grounds for detention has been shared with his family, who remain unaware of the alleged crime.

It is shocking that your office appears to be fully aligned with Satguru Travels (https://t.co/WEtSx2E0zg), the very entity accused by the family.

Today, instead of ensuring his safety, Mr. Jain was threatened over the phone by you.

We demand:
1. Immediate assurance of humane and legal detention conditions.
2. Written details of the case and charges shared with the family.
3. An end to all intimidation and threats against the detainee.

India respects #internationalprotocols. #Cameroon must do the same — transparency, legality, and human rights are not optional.
