@ACTFibernet pathetic service. Put my shifting request two days back. Service request is overdue by 2 days. I have my office from tomorrow and I won’t be able to do wfh because of them. If you’re a working professional I suggest you skip ACT and go for airtel or anyone else.

@RBI @ICICIBank_Care I have made a complaint with ombudsman. Complain number N202526014004943. It has been almost a month that I did not hear from the bank. No resolution has been provided. The bank seems fearless of law and compliance. Idk if this is incompetence of bank or RBI.
