Hey @makemytripcare - quick question! What is the policy for refund when cancelling a domestic flight booked less than 24 hours ago with a departure date more than 7 days later? Shouldn't I get a 100% refund?
@EurekaForbes Genuinely confused at how awful and poor the service is. It has been a few days now and still no action. Yet, I received calls to purchase amc... Why is it so difficult to get the regular servicing done when it is in warranty? #pathetic
@EurekaForbes service request has been pending since December. No attempt at all to even assign a technician. Multiple escalation attempts done by me. Yet, without fail you'll spam me to buy an amc... For what? To have the same pathetic service by paying you more?
@NoBrokerCare when asked if the festival surge fee goes to the service partner or to nobrokers pockets, your call center says it is *"confidential"*. Basically a sketchy way of saying we put that in our pockets? Shouldn't it go to the service partners?
@NoBrokerCare I think your responses or rather non responses tell me all I need to know - i.e - nobroker pockets the festival surge fee in the name of greed instead of giving that to the service partners. If not, I'm not sure why you wouldn't give a straight answer.
@Airtel_Presence Today is 18th of October and still no resolution. Yet another pointless call saying rest assured it will be resolved. And yet another service request opened and automatically resolved without any actual resolution. No communication from airtel as usual. Absolute shambles

@SwiggyInstamart what mental gymnastics are you doing to calculate the refund when items are not delivered. How does it make sense to cut amount because a coupon or free cash was applied to the order that was far larger than the coupon/free cash or the item price itself.
@amazonIN@AmazonHelp ridiculous & rubbish customer service. understand orders get misplaced, but 3 different customer service reps confirming over phone/chat that replacement order will be delivered when clearly it hasn't been actioned on and isn't going to get shipped. amazing
