@Yamase_Ogawa Yeah, it does feel unnatural at first. Like no one talks like that in real life, it’s more like a performance format they expect you to learn and adapt to
So even if you’re supporting them well, it won’t always work in a visible way, which can make it feel one sided or unappreciated. But that doesn’t mean your role has no value, it just means you can’t fully control or fix someone else’s stress response. It might also help to set some emotional distance, because carrying everyone’s stress like that long term will burn you out too
@sidox410 Otherwise it starts turning into labeling people based on arbitrary categories, which isn’t really accurate or fair. Human personality is way more shaped by environment, upbringing, culture, and personal experiences than something like season of birth
@Yudai06pati Yeah, that’s actually pretty common in some workplaces😭 Usually there’s a difference between preparing or clocking in early and already working, and the line can get blurry depending on the store culture
@hansyakwh26_5 Because back then, even small things felt new. School life changes every day in tiny ways, so there was always something to report or laugh about
@azkgnbr2 Making small mistakes and double checking with seniors is actually normal when you’re still learning. It’s way better than guessing and getting things wrong on your own
@__Hanacroix7 Companies provide maternity leave so pregnant workers can stop working temporarily before and after giving birth, but yeah why can’t maternity leave be longer, at least more than 6 months?
