@robertmays Similar to Sean Lee & the discussion you guys had about him, Jason Verrett. If not for injuries I think he would’ve had a better chance than most to make the hall. Sean Lee’s 22 tackle game = Verrett’s against prime Antonio Brown

@StevenIHaglund I’m in disbelief that the top response is Jordyn Tyson rn. Although he’s a much better prospect than QJ they have the same skillset. Injuries with Tyson = a no-go for me.

I strongly believe a traditional X is what the Chargers need. If it’s a WR at 22 it should be Boston.

@Devoted2DET Chargers have 5 picks in this draft & prefer to build through the draft. Unless something big changes & they suddenly are the proud new owners of some more draft picks, I would be completely shocked if they trade up

@StevenIHaglund I’m only 3 games in (Miami, Syracuse, & Stanford) but Raridon’s hands are too big a concern for me. On the other hand, as TE3 he’d be fine but I’m not spending higher than a 5th on him so far

@HaydenWinks Earlier today I wrapped up watching Indiana’s offense this season (not including playoffs). I don’t know where/if he’ll go in the draft or exactly what role (TE/H-Back/Core ST guy) he fills on an NFL roster -

but Riley Nowakowski is the kind of guy you want on your football team

@LanceZierlein Chargers-IOL is obvious & IMO they end up keeping both Mack & Oweh..

A) LAC/Herb need a “go up and get it” guy on O. IMO this is crucial

B) another DB to keep Derwin flexible

C) even w/ Vidal & Hampton, a HR threat at RB is not top 3 but **significantly** elevates the offense

Just gonna offer a sliver of optimism for Chargers fans.

Last season the skill players on O was the most glaring need. They signed Mike W/Keenan, Conklin, and Najee, then drafted a RB, 2 WRs, & a TE

This offseason the Chargers will make major investments in OL. Bet on it

Seeing a lot of Zion Johnson being projected to walk in FA. However, LAC pretty much NEEDS to replace C & RG.

Do we really want to replace the entire IOL in one offseason?

IMO, if Zion leaves, either C or RG are staying. Or, if Penning inspires confidence, move him to LG in ‘26

Go ahead and write this down now, the Chargers have to come away from the 2026 NFL Draft with one of these centers:

Jake Slaughter, Florida
Connor Lew, Auburn
Parker Brailsford, Alabama

Out of the centers I’ve watched so far, these three are absolutely ready to start day one
