More than 40 minutes passed after boarding n close doors. Air temp control not working. Technician on board now what should have been done before planing. AI 2941. From Delhi. AI ground staffs are really funny

@airindia poorest in flight service received in AI 2018 on 23rd May seat 8A. Supervisor Mr.Lapcha desperately needs good training in domestic runs before flying in overseas again. These are the staff for whom AI losing reputation.

@airindia wonderful support given on the beldt 11 in Delhi for AI 2018 by Anuj n Shuklaji. They are very nice people. Experience on e visa arrival service helped by immigration officials. Great .

Poorest service experience during flying in AI 2018 on 23rd . In flight supervisor Mr.Lapcha needs more training in domestic flights before flying in overseas again. Very poor coordinator.
