@KimberlyBroomfi#hkr1000 Totally agree! I am the same that when it was shown i was more stressed, it correlated with the time i do school. Also, psychical activity is a great way to relieve stress or tension from the day. Even simple stretching will help the mind relax and make a healthier life!
#hkr1000 Along with these trying times for everyone, it is not easy so being with your loved ones is what matters right now. If you notice a loved one is not around as much or you know they’re struggling, lend a helping hand. There is so much good we can do within this bad.
#hkr1000 I have learned from mood check that most days I am tired and lonely and the days I am with people, I am happier. The reasoning is, I have very little social interaction, like most these days. Also, being home everyday, doing my first year at MUN is going to be stressful.
@15collett15#hkr1000 This is very true! Even though you may think by eating a low amount of calories, you are going to losing weight but that is not the case. One should have well balanced meals along with proper exercise at their own level of comfort needed to loose the preference of weight
#hkr1000 there is a form of yoga called Qigong that can help injury prevention and improving mobility. It is known for improving mobility issues and previous sedentary bodies. We talk a lot about sedentary lifestyles and Qigong could help unable bodies get their strength back.
@AnnPete13335809 i agree with everything! contributing to ones community can also have a positive impact to intellectual wellness by increasing critical thinking and being able to identify situations more efficiently.
#hkr1000 Based on the readings for my class I can say that, most levels of wellness are around 70% which is a good place to be. Our lowest average was 64% for spiritual wellness. Ways to increase this is through meditation, clearing thoughts, and having a more positive outlook.
