$29 INTO $3,728 IN 18 HOURS. MY GROK BOT’S BIG TRADES MADE THE SMALLER HALF OF IT
x128. 180 trades. The big ETH close made $67, and ETH still finished the day at +$619.
Everyone posts the big close. It’s the trade that gets the screenshot and the one people try to copy. On four of my five coins, it wasn’t even the main earner.
Grok Bot built itself a perp desk on five majors, BTC, ETH, SOL, AVAX and SUI. It doesn’t marry a coin, it goes wherever the board is going. The day was red, so three quarters of the trades were shorts, with longs only on the bounces.
- SUI, short at 16x: big close +$1,069.04, coin total +$1,585
- BTC, short at 28x: big close +$324.28, coin total +$738
- ETH, long at 29x: big close +$67.13, coin total +$619
- SOL, short at 18x: big close +$144.89, coin total +$473
- AVAX, short at 18x: big close +$22.20, coin total +$283
SUI is the only one where the big close did most of the work. Everywhere else, the small trades around it made more. ETH is the extreme: $67 from the big one, about $552 from everything else.
A big position gets about half the stack at 16-29x, with the take-profit and the liquidation price both set before entry, roughly a 4-8% move to target. When the take hits, it closes the whole thing. Small trades run at 5-20x and get cut fast.
The SUI short is the cleanest example. 127% on margin at 16x means the coin moved about 7.9% in its favor, on roughly $842 of margin.
Small trades netted $2,071, 56% of the profit. 152 green out of 180, 84% win rate. The 28 losers cost $123 combined, the worst one $31. The whole red side of the run is less than what the one SOL short paid.
29x and 28x with half the stack in the trade is my own desk. It’s a record of one run, not sizing advice.
SUI gets the screenshot. ETH, with a $67 big close, quietly made $619.
