@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Gooday, I was informed that my 799 plan will get activated after my current plan expires on 30th March 2026 with a validity of 84 days. But message received is that plan has been activated today itself with validity of 77 days. I am loosing on both.

NHAI would like to clarify that the Tunnel-1 on the section, which is 1800 meters long and features a sharp curve along its alignment, is currently handling bidirectional traffic. Parallel construction work is ongoing for the adjacent tunnel, and dust from this activity is occasionally drawn in by the ventilation system, leading to temporary smog formation despite the operation of 17 high-capacity exhaust fans.

All ventilation fans are monitored through NHAI’s SCADA Monitoring System, which automatically regulates airflow and fan speed to maintain air quality. Additionally, regular cleaning, mechanical brooming, and water sprinkling are being carried out to control dust and ensure a clean environment inside the tunnel.

NHAI is constantly taking all necessary measures to maintain optimal visibility and air quality for all commuters. The current conditions are temporary and directly linked to ongoing adjacent construction works. Attached photos for reference.
