It was a pleasure to welcome @Iceman_Hof back to India after nearly 50 years & host him for an authentic #Mumbai thali lunch today.

Wim has often spoken about how his journey through India in the 1970s shaped his understanding of breath, meditation & yoga, experiences that later inspired him to develop the breathing techniques, ice baths & cold exposure practices that have become known around the world as the Wim Hof Method.

We were also joined by Swami Vachanananda, founder of @shwaasayoga & Wim’s daughter Isabelle, making for a fascinating conversation on India’s timeless wellness traditions. While these practices continue to evolve & reach people across the globe, their roots always lead back to India.

Wishing Wim a memorable homecoming & hoping to welcome him back again soon. 🕉️
