@OverInDover Sadly I currently have no telescope, but one day will remedy that (hope). But yeah - southern climates aren't the best for stargazing in general... no telescope can battle that and light pollution, another problem I have.

Anyone with a quality telescope can go out on a cloudless night, right in their backyard, and see Saturn & its rings with their own eyes.

This image was taken with a 16" Dobsonian... it clearly shows a spherical body lit by the Sun, casting a shadow on the backside of the rings.

@eliyahuaricohen @rabbriansamuel I've wondered this too. My thinking is Jesus himself told this to the apostles specifically for it to be recorded... so that we might truly understand:

1) He was fully human, subject to temptation
2. He was fully God, able to resist
3. His Word is fully sufficient for us

@TNTJohn1717 Thanks to the Holy Spirit, we can always feel the thorns pricking us, choking out God. But if we stay connected to the vine, then we can grow out of whatever thorny weeds we've planted around ourselves.

Truly, like never before, we have no other to cling to than Jesus Christ.

@FightofFaith The hardest to overcome (for me):

Worrying about what the world —or my family, my friends, my acquaintances, etc.— thinks about my relationship with God, instead of me accepting that my relationship with God begins & ends with Jesus Christ.

His is the only opinion that matters.

At one point in my life (decades ago) I wanted to be a fighter pilot. Now I have such a hard-coded, innate opposition to flying, I'm pretty much limited to flying only in my dreams... which is a cool thing I have actually experienced.

Over the past few days I've twice now opened up X to see this… I simply click 'Start' & it becomes unlocked again. Thing is - I'm not breaking any X Rules, so what gives?
