@Suslent If I had to take a wild guess, I’d say it’s because mods aren’t really confident in moderating reports for breaking of DNIs? A report going “this user drew my OC but they post content on Twitter that’s on my DNI, do something” isn’t really enforceable because it’s offsite.
Plus, we already have character permissions...which if they are violated, you can report the account. The most basic DNIs (no racists, bigots, homophobes, etc) include things already prohibited on the site. If you don't like the fandom someone who draws for you is in-
