@IncomeTaxIndia @FinMinIndia @nsitharamanoffc Where rebate u/s 87A is not available (Income > 7 lacs),CPC is allowing it. And,where rebate is legally available as income is less than 7 lacs, rebate is being denied because of special rate income.
