I am a customer of @excitel_rocks frm last 6 years and i never expect that the worst customers service they are providing. I made my recharge on 17th june,1st recharge was failed and 2nd recharge was successful but my amount deducted from 2 times. No sol after 20 call
@IndiGo6E Again a fake information. Same fake response received from 1.30 am all executive says we will send your parcel on next flight. But still after 12 hrs I did not get my bag, there is medicine of my daughter.

I was traveling with my 8 month baby with indigo flight PNR No ZV1PVC. @IndiGo6E missed my baggage to load & they told me we will send your bag on next flight. In the bag my 8 month baby medicines but indigo crew not taking this seriously. 12hr gone but still not receive bag
