COVID- All State must impose Rs 1000 fine for not wearing mask BUT enforce strictly . 10days be ultra strict. Only way to make people comply. People in Delhi move around freely -In some areas 70% wear no masks ? People are making fun of rules .

Traffic in Delhi shows life back to almost normal- Good Sign : BUT some areas particularly old Delhi and Market Places of South show 25% people without masks , Self realization is MISSING -these few should be treated with strictness to save the population from future problems 🙏🏻
