Azerbaijani Flag Raised Proudly in Downtown Chicago 🇦🇿

The Azerbaijani community in Chicago came together on May 28, 2026, for a meaningful Flag-Raising Ceremony at Richard J. Daley Center Plaza to honor Azerbaijan’s independence, heritage, and national pride.

Families, community members, and supporters gathered in unity as the Azerbaijani flag was proudly raised in downtown Chicago, symbolizing the strong cultural ties and growing presence of the Azerbaijani community in the United States.

The event was filled with patriotism, cultural spirit, and heartfelt moments shared among attendees and honored guests.
