With so many Châteaux exiting from group tastings, I had a few exhausted/frustrated wine critics for lunch on Sunday. They had been dashing right and left all week, tasting en primeur for 30 minutes at each visit. We spent 6 hours at lunch, and had a wonderful time 🥳 #EnPrimeur

And now back to the Olympics.. by beating the Italians, the Swiss have allowed @BruceMouat and the boys to qualify for the curling finals in Cortina. In return, we prepared and shipped 5 760 bottles to Zurich.. seems fair to me 🤷‍♂️ @TeamGB @milancortina26 @MiamKitty #winelovers

On Friday a couple of winelovers tasted 26 vintages. Didn’t have to open a single second bottle, each one reflected it’s vintage, none corked, none flawed.. Vn 2009 and Vn 2010 stood out. Who will follow Magali? Can’t announce it just yet 🤫@janeansonwine @TheWineSociety

Tasted all 26 vintages that Magali Guyon has produced for us as she retires. She leaves wonderful wines in our cellar, and as her boots has sprung a leak, she’ll be tending her own garden in a striking pair of blue Hunter wellies. @CrusBourgeois @TheWineSociety @janeansonwine

I have no idea where I find the energy. In 2025 I tasted our wines in 17 different countries, must have done 10 masterclases. Lost count of the wonderful lunches & dinners, and so many visitors popped in to the vineyard. Didn’t make it to Vienna though. Happy New Year @MiamKitty
