@Pella_News Worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. Trying to get two doors repaired for months. Multiple visits, attempt to charge multiple service visit fees, missed appointments and doors still not repaired. No one calls back, transfers from one dpt to another.

@MaytagCare Contacted Jersey Coast Appliance to repair washing machine, got name from your website. I drive 3 hours round trip to meet them. Pending 3rd visit. Not repaired yet. Last time they came with broken parts, now reordering. HORRIBLE Service.

@GerryGorbach @GEAppliancesCo similar thing just happened scheduled for today. confirmned yesterday for 11-1 pm today, 9:46 am phone rang once and hung up. immediately called back recording said service is on the way, then got email saying rescheduled to 17th. all phone numbers/chat are closed on Sat & Sun.

Every day, just another day @CoachUSABus at Codey Arena in NJ. 7:32 bus to Port Authority late, no seats. The mystery question is when will they address it and accomodate the riders that wait in long lines for multiple buses. Mass transportation isn’t an option like this.

@CoachUSABus every day the 7:32 am bus is 10-15 min late and full when it gets to the Codey Arena. you need to wait another 15 - 20 min for the next bus which is half empty. after weeks of this, why can’t you work out the system vs leaving riders stranded for 45 min/day. Horrible
