@KNF100 It's an outcome of a community process. For some folks, fixed route buses don't work well for them, but not necessarily qualified or suitable for paratransit. I think this is superior than say a subsidy for Uber/Lyft or Waymo.

@KNF100 @HaydenM16 @TheaSelby The point is if you want to go outside zone, you xfer to other transit. The service is designed to go to transit hubs outside of zone to make xfer simpler. For those w/ disabilities that need to go beyond zone, paratransit is available.
