One year after taking office, the PFF still has not appointed a permanent General Secretary or Technical Director — two of the most critical positions in any federation. A federation without a GS loses administrative continuity and operational control, while without a TD it lacks long-term football direction and technical planning. FIFA’s governance model is built around both roles working together to connect administration with football development. Their absence reflects weak institutional capacity, reactive decision-making, and inconsistent implementation of development programs and FIFA/AFC initiatives.

Rigidity towards diaspora players shows the backward mentality and approach of a coach.

1st month= Player drafting and squad will be assembled.
2nd month= Training Camp
3rd month= Franchise League of 4 weeks.

Supposedly Mohsin Gillani's plan to launch the new league with 8 franchises.

My question is why is Essa Khan being picked for this when we have better coaches and more qualified coaches than him.

This is an example of huge corruption from the Afghanistan Football Federation under the management of Yusuf Kargar, in 2014 we left SAFF (South Asian Football Federation) & co-founded CAFA (Central Asian Football Association) for 2 reasons ⬇️
1. Afghanistan itself is a Central Asian country anyway
2. The quality of opposition in SAFF compared to us

We left SAFF to get away from playing against these teams but here we have Yusuf Kargar approving an invite for such useless friendlies where there is actually a huge chance of us humiliating ourselves because Pakistan will most likely call up full strength this time round unlike their game vs Myanmar whereas Yusuf Kargar & Omid Homauni will call up felani felani or whatever to humiliate Afghanistan in these games, as a result Afghanistan's embarrassing FIFA ranking free fall will most likely continue unfortunately & we just have to sit & suffer & can't do anything about it.

Thimphu City and Paro were both involved. In the end Paro needed a double pivot midfielder with defensive attributes. Nothing materialized.

Hopefully in July KU can do something for him.

🚨 Tufail Shinwari is not going to Bhutan as he is still facing visa issues.

He was linked with Paro FC a long time ago, but nothing happened.

He will try again after mid-season with new agents.
