I pay 90€/ month and I can’t use Fable 5 more than 5 min. I don’t even benefit from this 100$ credit although I pay much more!

@claudeai I’ve been using Fable 5 last week for hours per day as part of my Max subscription to build an app and the ecosystem that goes around it.

@crypto_div Personally I find breathing exercises (pranayama) much easier to establish as a daily practice since you can feel the benefits earlier than meditation. I built an online course on that. @crypto_div, very happy to offer it to you if you are interested. Just DM me.

If you have good quality tap water there is no problem. Just boil it and add some salt to it. I do it every day.
