Joining HWC gives me the opportunity to do the kind of work I care about most; taking reproductive health conversations beyond the clinic, into real spaces where women can ask questions, feel heard, and make informed decisions without fear or judgment.
This is only the beginning of QUALITY for me. I’m hopeful for a second, third and even more countless experience with the amazing team.

I’m super grateful to have completed my very first Quality Management System (QMS) training. This journey began with an apititude test, long waiting, missing an assessment and continual self doubt.
To the organizers and to the facilitators, Qualiplexus team, Tracy Blanckensee Tracey Evans alongside management systems consultant Nene Oche (FIMC, CMC, FISQua) I really extend my deepest appreciation for the knowledge, the patience, and all the impactful learning experience
I also appreciated the facility staff, especially the Matron, for providing the opportunity to interact with the mothers and contribute to ongoing health education efforts within the community.
