The 2026 NWS Weather Seminar is scheduled for Saturday, March 7 at 10:00am. Location is the FNB Arena with entry at the lower red entrance by the ticket office. We are partnered with ASU, Mississippi Co. OEM, and Poinsett Co. OEM to host this year.

NWS has now included Craighead County in the Flood WATCH beginning Thursday, 1/30 at 12:00am until Friday, 1/31 at 12:00am.

NWS has issued a Winter Storm WARNING beginning Thursday, 1/9 at 6:00pm thru Saturday, 1/11 at 6:00am for Craighead County. At this time snow is expected and freezing rain is not expected. Limit travel to only emergency and necessary trips.
