Zac I have been looking forward to this collab since you first posted about it years ago. I missed the vans drop within 12 seconds due to bots but managed to score a size 11 all black old skool and when I went to grab my package off my porch it was EMPTY 😢

This is the response I got from your team. Zac, coming from a loyal customer that has never had any issues all I’m asking is you make this right for me. If it was any other drop, some shirts, pants, whatever I wouldn’t even bother. But these vans hold a special place for me.

The box discretely sliced open, and taped back over. I checked the cameras to my mail room and it didn’t happen while it was sitting, so somewhere along the shipping route someone got me. They did me the service of at least leaving me the sticker I guess?
