@FrameworkWisely I would have think that companies derive value from their assets owned, if a company is not able to extract a return on investment on a multiple basis greater than the fair value of his assets, the value should be the greatest btw the balance sheet at fair value and the EV

@FrameworkWisely For example, if we say the multiple should be derived from the stacking rate around 3% which would give a multiple of 33 (1/3%) and the ebitda is 108 M$ (3% x 837k ETH x 4300$) it would give an enterprise value of 3.6 billions which is exactly the value of the ETH owned.
