@havellsindia@HavellsCare360 such a poor service. Raised complaint on AC service from past 14 days. You claim to attend service within 24-48 hours and this is the response. Upon that you have closed my request without attending it. Extremely poor service and lost trust completly

8 out 10 times the flight is delayed and the rest 2 it is cancelled.
Request everyone to please repost if you have faced such delays and grievance with @AkasaAir, so that it reaches to maximum people. There is no response from customer care as well. @DGCAIndia
@AkasaAir, such a poor service from the ground staff. My flight has been delayed by almost 5 hours at Mumbai. We were promised refreshments but nothing has been served. Highly disappointed!

Train 12134 currently running with 3 hours delay. @IRCTCofficial you need to look into the matter as such delays are getting repeated regularly. The train was delayed yesterday by 4 hours. This is a big reflection of your mis management and as a traveller I am frustrated.

Everytime the call would be disconnected saying, there is no one to respond currently and we will call u back, but there was noย response at all. Highly disappointing service and disappointed by the product as well. I feel I did a mistake buying the product
