At this point, child rights activists need to take action against the incessant violation of children’s rights in Igbo land. Cases of child abuse by the very people who should ordinarily care for these children are becoming far too rampant.

Who are the parents of these children? Why are they entrusting their innocent children to such wicked people? Is this a result of wickedness or poverty?

If you cannot properly take care of kids, do not bring them into the world to suffer. Both the parents who neglected their responsibilities and those who maltreat these children must be held accountable. Otherwise, this cycle of abuse will continue.
