Arrogance or ignorance? Asked by Consular staff @IndiaInNepal to come back only one day before travel for 3rd country travel NOC despite clear rules on website to come at least 3 working days in advance. @DrSJaishankar @MEAIndia @PMOIndia. Not the first instance of such behavior.

Misdirected to wait in the baggage claim area even though they were supposed to go straight to international transfers. Baggage was through to kathmandu @IndiGo6E

Mother & wife travelling to Kathmandu from Jaipur via Delhi on Indigo, due to mismanagement by Indigo stuck in Delhi. No trace of baggage or info for next flight or hotel. More than 13 hrs since started their journey.
