This year marks the 50 years of sikkim's merger with India. What was once a small, underdeveloped & poor himalayan kingdom in 1975, became the richest state after its merger with India. Highest gdp per capita, HDI,literacy etc. Sikkim is everything that Nepal aspires to be
A video from North Sikkim has surfaced online where allegedly a number of Indian Army Jawans can be seen assaulting local drivers. Whatever the reason maybe behind the fight, are the army jawans allowed to take laws into their own hands & beat someone?
Take action @adgpi
Nepal has sent diplomatic note to India on [Lipulek-Limpiyadhura]. Land belongs to us, its our historical claim says Nepal Foreign minister Shishir Khanal
@Kyangs_Thang It will be cloudy and rainy everyday with no views of kanchenjunga or any other mountain. Treks are not possible because it will be very slippery. Also there will be lots of blood sucking leeches called juga in Nepali waiting to suck your blood😂
You can visit Tashiding though
@Arc_____1 I have already highlighted that issue in my earlier posts. The arguments AI is talking about. The sum of all these arguments will tilt this case in India's favour legally is what I stated.

Lipulekh atleast now belongs to India.
Under the doctrine of effective control in international law, territorial sovereignty is strengthened by the continuous display of state authority, administration, and physical presence without effective challenge which Nepal failed to do.
@Arc_____1 To be honest there is nothing exaggerated. This is the standard practice of procedure and I stated that it "strengthened" India's stand not a complete victory. AI most of the time performs poorly to technical legal questions though.
@Arc_____1 An admission against one's own interest can be used against the person making it & it is admissible as evidence. Nepal's claim that it has encroached territory of India can be used against them by india in the internationl courts. But Nepal's claim against India is not admissible
@IndianTintin_ As a non delhite who has lived in Delhi for 5+ years I can tell that this is not what the average delhi girls used to look like back in the days. She is surely a UP-Bihar immigrant. This face has become more common over the years in every metropolitan city. Thanks to immigrants.
