Our first workers’ retreat week in 2026 commenced today, in line with our Prayer Rain service.
Our pastor opened our eyes to a lot of insightful things regarding our gifts and serving in Church.
📌 The God who has called desires and delights in our results.

📌 We can GO into the world because Jesus has empowered us!
📌 We don’t work in the vineyard of God just to serve God (which is primary), but that others are also inspired to do much more.

📌 John tells us that when we pray, we are to pray according to the will of God for our lives, we must seek to understand his purpose for our lives and make our requests in line with that purpose.

Prayer is a fundamental aspect of the Christian faith, we ought to be mindful of these three things when we pray to our father in heaven:

📌 We are to come to our father with boldness, as shown by Abraham when he prayed to God to spare Sodom from destruction.

📌 We are encouraged to come to God in humility and not in self-righteousness, a good example of this was given to us in the parable of the Pharisee and the tax collector.
