@Stefano_1799@capnek123 Thanks for your work. 3 remarks:
1. Why not use 15% discount?
2. Why not account for a raise when Co runs out of cash in Feb?
3. As it's jr mining, why not factor in share count increase by another 50%/ 100% vs fully diluted?

But this makes the market
@VukasinPekovic Focus on deliverables, not on warrants/ sweet equity/ options and the like? Don't like warrants, don't buy shares. There is always another opportunity
@kashyap286@YellowLabLife Sir, you have every right to share your opinion but there are many who think otherwise
By the way, many would argue it is better to address an argument rather than attack a person
Nobody Reads Financials, part 734:
Compare the soft soap nonsense in Guanajuato Silver's $GSVR.v 1q25 results NR to the cruel reality of Note 1 in its RegF filing ๐๐. That this รผberdog-mit-fleas was +10% today is testament to the financial illiteracy of silverbug morons.
@gringo_in_arg What about "EEE" tri-partite: ELE + ECOR + EMX? But only with ELE mngmt surviving. This vehicle can consolidate royalty space & dispose non-core. Scale & lower cost of capital. Would look better than GROY as a 'paper consolidator'
@latinmines@SultanAmeerali Royalty is a financing business: cost of capital and size are key advantages
Exactly what small royalty Cos miss. Comparatively high g&a, relatively short mine lives, high competition, uncertain NAV, fluctuating cashflows...

Mining Don'ts
Knowing what not to do is usually easier than what to do
This thread focuses on adaptation of some general investing principles to junior mining, especially for retail
As with all 'rules of thumb', 50% of time they don't work all the time

Since odds are against you, have at least a couple speculative positions. But don't spread yourself too thin either to avoid di-worse-fication
Per Rick Rule's rule, limit the # of positions to # of hours per month you can DD the stock
