Garvey was a longtime LA Dodgers first baseman and Californians seem to love him.

According to a new poll from the UC Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies, Garvey is actually leading Schiff with support from 27% of voters compared to Schiff's 25%.

Garvey is vowing to fight the border crisis head on.

NEW: Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu tells Gaza residents to “GET OUT NOW” as he vows to use all IDF capabilities to destroy Hamas.
